At 10:30pm the on call doctor came down from the delivery suite to examine Kristin because we have now got to the stage that a midwife cannot make a call on what to do next. The baby is now 14 days overdue. Kristin was examined last night and it would appear the pessary has been doing it’s job. Today is the day and… nothing! Been over to see the midwife this morning who said not a lot really apart from booking an appointment for next Friday just in case baby still hasn’t arrived.
